Welcome to TRU FIT Training, Silsoe's NEW private group training gym built for busy people who want expert coaching, real accountability, and a community that feels like home.
We’re expanding! Our brand-new small group training studio opens in January 2026, designed for people across Ampthill, Flitwick, Shefford, Barton-le-Clay and beyond who want to get stronger, fitter and more confident, even if it’s been a while since they last trained.
Every session is fully coached, every programme structured, and every member supported to stay consistent and make real progress all without sacrificing their busy schedule.
